Scott Reynolds is a business litigator. For more than 25 years, he has helped clients resolve a wide variety of disputes in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He primarily represents hedge funds, asset managers, and financial services companies.

Prior to founding S. Reynolds LLP, Scott was a partner at Chaffetz Lindsey LLP, prior to which he was a partner at Hogan Lovells US LLP in New York. He began his career at Rogers & Wells (which became Clifford Chance in 2000).
